TAC Mapping’s Directors has vast experience in airborne LiDAR and aviation industry. TAC's Managing Director, Kapten (B) Masdalina has involved in aviation industry for more than 20 years and airborne LiDAR mapping for 13 years. While Technical Director, Mr. Mohd Hasmikhan has 13 years project and technical experiences in geospatial industry, especially in airborne LiDAR mapping. With both Directors has their own unique experiences in business development, project management, project operation and strong technical know-how of geospatial industry, besides well-known in the industry, they had coming up with an idea of establishing a new company, namely TAC Mapping Sdn Bhd (TAC), which TAC Mapping is derived from the word ‘terrain and coastal mapping’. TAC has successfully registered on 24 February 2016 with Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Started with small project of 6,000 ha for plantation and town planning, TAC then successfully secures a large-scale project of 175,000 ha road survey and design for Ministry of Works, Malaysia. TAC keep on aggressively promote the company, services and products and able to secure several more projects ranging from plantation, 3-D features development, flood study and simulation, expressway maintenance, and coastal mapping.

As TAC is eager to take any challenges in providing advance geospatial solutions to our clients, TAC Mapping International Sdn Bhd has been established on 22 December 2016 which focus more on international market and projects.

TAC continuously developing staffs’ skills and nurture their ability and knowledge through in-house training and on-the-job training.

To strengthen our team, TAC is working closely with international manufacturers and brands of LiDAR surveying products and systems and able to gain their trust to technically support TAC whenever needed.
